机电类专业产教融合实践教育基地建设路径研究

Research on the Construction Path of Practical Teaching Base for Mechanical and Electrical Specialties Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

摘要: 该文针对高校机电类专业人才培养过程中存在的教学内容与产业发展融合不深、学生应用研究和应用实践“双能力”不强等问题,建议建设地方特种设备产业产教融合实践教育基地。根据产业人才需求及技术发展方向,以人才培养模式改革和课程教学改革为重点,以现代产业学院和科教融合学院为载体,探索“点线面体”和“双导双院双融合”的协同育人模式,为特种设备产业创新人才培养提供良好的实践平台。

Abstract: In view of the common problems in the personnel training process of electromechanical professionals in colleges and universities, such as not deep integration of teaching content and industrial development, low dual ability of students in applied research and application practice, it is proposed to construct practice education base of integration of industry and education for local special equipment industry. According to the industrial talent demand and technical development trend, by focusing on the reform of talent training mode and curriculum teaching as well as taking the modern industrial college and the science and education integration college as the carrier, the collaborative education mode of“point, line, surface”and“dual-mentor, dual-college and dual-fusion”is explored, so as to provide a good practice platform for the training of innovative talents in the special equipment industry.
