摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为进一步深化校企合作,提高电力职业教育人才培养质量,该文以“行业—企业—高职院校—本科院校”合作开展高等职业教育为研究对象,探索和构建了行业指导下的“校企融创—本专互通”的电力职业教学体系。研究以订单式和二元制式培养为试点,通过行业、企业和本科院校在电力职业教育各环节的深度参与,推进电力职业教育教学体系改革,取得了一定的成果。

Abstract: In order to further deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, improve the quality of electric power vocational education personnel training. This paper takes the cooperation of“industry-enterprise-higher vocational college-undergraduate college”to carry out higher vocational education as the research object, and explores and constructs the electric power vocational teaching system of “university-enterprise financing and innovation-university-specialized vocational education” under the guidance of the industry. The research takes the order-type and dualistic training as the pilot, promotes the reform of electric vocational education teaching system through the deep participation of industries, enterprises and undergraduate colleges in all links of electric vocational education, and has made some achievements.
