摘要: 实验教学是高校本科教育的重要组成部分。材料科学与工程专业理论知识综合性强而且深奥抽象,在新工科背景下,传统的材料专业实验教学面临挑战,难以适应信息时代对人才培养的新要求,需将虚拟仿真技术应用于实验教学。该文介绍了虚拟实验平台模块设计及功能,结合铁碳相图平衡组织分析实验项目,阐述了虚拟仿真实验的内容和方法,总结出虚拟仿真实验的特点及创新之处。

Abstract: Experimental teaching is an important part of undergraduate education in university. The theoretical knowledge of materials science and engineering is comprehensive, profound and abstract. Under the background of the new engineering education, traditional material science experimental teaching faces challenges and is difficult to adapt to the new requirements of talent cultivation in the information age. Therefore, virtual simulation technology needs to be applied to experimental teaching. This article introduces the module design and function of the virtual experimental platform, and describes the content and method of virtual simulation experiments in conjunction with the equilibrium structure analysis experiment project of the iron carbon phase diagram. Finally, the characteristics and innovations of virtual simulation experiments are summarized.
