实习护生学习策略、差错危险行为与临床带教教师有效教学行为的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation of Clinical Educators’Effective Teaching Behavior with Learning Strategies and Risk Behaviors of Nursing Interns

摘要: 目的 了解实习护生学习策略、差错危险行为与临床带教教师有效教学行为的相关性。方法 选择正在临床实习的320名护生作为研究对象,采用临床护理教师有效教学行为问卷、大学生学习策略量表、护生差错危险行为量表对护生进行调查。结果 临床带教教师有效教学行为与护生学习策略(r=0.593,P<0.01)、差错危险行为(r=0.146,P<0.01)呈正相关,回归分析进一步证实了带教教师有效教学行为对学习策略和差错危险行为的影响。结论 临床带教教师有效教学行为对护生学习策略、差错危险行为有影响,应根据护生的学习策略增强带教行为的有效性,避免护理差错危险行为的发生。

Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation of clinical educators'teaching behavior with learning strategies and risk behaviors of nursing interns. Methods Totally 320 nursing interns were recruited by Nursing Clinical Teacher Effective Inventory (NCTEI), College Students Learning Strategy Scale (CSLSS) and Nursing Students'Risk Behaviors of Error (NSRBE). Results The score of clinical educators'effective teaching behavior was significantly correlated with learning strategies (r=0.593, P<0.01) and risk behaviors (r=0.146, P<0.01) of nursing interns. Conclusions clinical educators'effective teaching behavior has significant impact on nursing students'learning strategies and risk behaviors. Nursing educators should strengthen the education how to improve the effectiveness of clinical education and prevent nursing errors.
