翻转实训课堂教学满意度提升路径研究——以物流综合实验实训课程教学为例

Research on the Way of Improving Teaching Satisfaction of the Flipped Practical Training Classroom—Take Logistics Comprehensive Experimental Training as an Example

摘要: 翻转课堂是信息技术与教育教学深度融合的产物。现阶段,翻转实训课堂的教学满意度提升路径不明确,导致其在实训课程中应用的效果欠佳。该文以物流综合实验实训课程教学为例,通过实证研究对翻转课堂在物流综合实验实训课程中的应用情况以及教学满意度的影响因素进行分析,实证研究结果显示:学生的自主学习情况、课堂互动与互评、学习态度和学习动机对翻转实训课堂的满意度均有积极的影响,且男生对翻转实训课堂的满意度高于女生,男生的自主学习情况、适应性和学习态度均优于女生。最后,根据分析结果,对翻转实训课堂的教学满意度提升路径提出了建议。研究结果丰富了实训课程教学改革的理论研究内容,为翻转实训课堂教学满意度提升提供了理论支撑。

Abstract: Flipped classroom is the product of the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching. At present, the way of improving teaching satisfaction of the flipped practical training classroom is not clear, which leads to a limited effect during the application of flipped classroom in practical training courses. This paper take the comprehensive logistics training class as an example, research on the application of flipped classroom in the comprehensive training course by using an empirical approach. The results show that the students independent learning, classroom interaction and mutual evaluation, learning attitude and learning motivation have a positive effect on the satisfaction of flipped training classroom, and the satisfaction of boys is higher than that of girls; boys'independent learning adaptability and learning attitude are better than that of girls. Finally, according to the analysis results, suggestions are given for the improvement path of teaching satisfaction of flipped practical training classroom. The research results enrich the theoretical content of the research on teaching reform of practical training courses in application-oriented undergraduate universities, and provide theoretical support for the improvement of the students'satisfaction of flipped practical training classroom teaching.
