摘要: 智能制造工程专业是面向新工科教育发展战略而新设立的专业,具有多学科交叉融合、实践性强、与行业结合紧密等特点,然而,当前的教育模式重理论轻实践,学生在学习过程中难以接受工程训练。该文在分析微课优点的基础上,结合智能制造工程专业核心课程数控技术课程的特点,设计了线上微课环节,在理论课教师讲授目标零件的加工程序后,让实验教师接管课堂并现场演示加工过程。实践证明:线上微课能有效提高学生的学习成就感。

Abstract: The Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering major is a newly established major aimed at the national new engineering education development strategy. It has the characteristics of interdisciplinary integration, strong practicality, and close integration with the industry. However, the current education model emphasizes theory over practice, making it difficult for students to receive engineering training during the learning process. Based on the analysis of the advantages of micro courses and the characteristics of the core course CNC Technology in the field of intelligent manufacturing engineering, this article designs an online micro course segment. After the theoretical course teacher teaches the machining program of the target part, the experimental teacher takes over the classroom and demonstrates the machining process on-site. Practice has proven that online micro courses can effectively improve students' sense of achievement in learning.
