校企合作下“导师—研究生—本科生”多层次联合实践培养研究

Research on Multi-Level Joint Practical Training of “Supervisor Graduate Undergraduate” under School Enterprise Cooperation

摘要: 随着社会对创新型和实践型人才需求的增加,对研究生及本科生培养有了进一步要求。为了解决专业学位研究生与本科生联合培养存在的问题,该文结合专业学位研究生“双导师制”与本科生“导师制”,优化“导师—研究生—本科生”联合实践培养方案,并基于校企合作的创新实践基地建设为研究生与本科生创新实践培养提供平台。一方面,不仅可以使本科生加深对本专业背景的认识,还可以提高本科生的创新能力和科研能力;另一方面,专业学位研究生在实践培养基地学习及指导本科生的过程中,极大地提高了自身的创新实践能力和组织能力,为满足新工科背景下研究生培养要求奠定基础。

Abstract: With the increasing demand for innovative practical talents in society, there are further requirements for the cultivation of graduate and undergraduate students. In order to solve the problem of joint cultivation of professional degree postgraduates and undergraduates, this paper combines the“dual mentor system”of professional degree postgraduates and the“mentorship”of undergraduates, optimizes the joint practice training program of“supervisor graduate undergraduate”, and provides a platform for innovative practice training of postgraduates and undergraduates based on the construction of innovative practice bases under the cooperation between schools and enterprises. On the one hand, it can not only deepen undergraduate students'understanding of the background of their major, but also improve their innovation and research abilities; On the other hand, professional degree graduate students have greatly improved their innovative practical and organizational abilities in the process of learning and guiding undergraduate students in practical training bases, laying the foundation for meeting the requirements of graduate education in the context of new engineering.
