摘要: 该文按照系统评价和PRISMA指南,对国内2012年1月至2023年6月CNKI 数据库中68篇有关科技成果转化影响因素的文献进行内容分析,识别并确定三个层面的科技成果转化影响因素:环境因素、知识因素和主体因素,构建科技成果转化影响因素理论框架,并在分析现有研究不足的基础上,对未来的研究方向提出建议,为提升国内科技成果转化效率提供理论基础和管理启示。

Abstract: According to systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA), this paper analyzes the content of 68 articles on factors of scientific and technology transfer in CNKI database from January 2012 to June 2023. Identify and determine the factors affecting the technology transfer at three levels: Environmental factors, knowledge factors and subject factors, construct the theoretical framework of factors of technology transfer, and on the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of existing research, put forward suggestions for future research direction, in order to provide theoretical basis and management enlightenment for improving the efficiency of domestic technology transfer.
