The Integration Path of Modern Apprenticeship and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on“School, Enterprise and Office”

摘要: 现代学徒制为“双创”教育提供基础和保证。该文以北斗·5G产业学院为依托,从教学课程、师资队伍、实践平台三个方面进行现代学徒制和“双创”实践的融合,将“双创”教育四个阶段对应学徒培养四个阶段,结合“校企室”专家成立创业导师团队,递进式打造大师工作室—创客空间—孵化基地创新实践平台,构建“校企室”协同培养的创新行动路径,形成“一平台、三融合”的现代学徒制“双创”人才培养模式。

Abstract: Modern apprenticeship provides the foundation and guarantee for innovative entrepreneurship education. This paper relying on the Beidou·5G Industry Institute, the integration of modern apprenticeship and mass entrepreneurship practice from three aspects of teaching course, teaching staff and practice platform, the four stages of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education correspond to the four stages of apprenticeship training, combined with the“school, enterprise and office”experts to establish an entrepreneurial mentor team, progressive building of master studio-maker space-incubation base innovation practice platform, build the innovative action path of“school enterprise and office”collaborative training, form“a platform, three integration”of modern apprenticeship talent training mode.
