“1+X”证书制度背景下农业类高职院校会计专业人才培养策略探究

Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Accounting Students in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of “1+X” Certificate System

摘要: 随着科技的不断创新,会计行业的改革发展对农业类高职院校会计专业人才培养提出了新要求。部分农业类高职院校会计专业人才培养存在教育目标不清晰、涉农特色不明显、数智化融入不充分等问题。该文以“1+X”证书制度作为高职教育改革的基础,探究在“1+X”证书制度下提升农业类高职院校会计专业学生职业技能、培养复合型技术技能型人才的策略。农业类高职院校会计专业人才培养应紧密结合“1+X”证书制度,构建人才培养方案;融入农业特色,构建“岗课赛证”课程体系;加强校企合作,完善实践教学体系。

Abstract: With the continuous innovation of technology and the reform and development of the accounting industry, new requirements have been put forward for the training of accounting professionals in agricultural vocational colleges. There are problems in the cultivation of accounting professionals in agricultural vocational colleges, such as unclear educational objectives, unclear agricultural characteristics, and insufficient integration of mathematics, intelligence, and technology. This article takes the “1+X” certificate system as the basis for vocational education reform, and explores the strategies for improving the vocational skills of accounting students in agricultural vocational colleges and cultivating composite technical skills under the “1+X” certificate system. The training of accounting professionals in agricultural vocational colleges should be closely combined with the “1+X” certificate system, and a talent training plan should be constructed; Integrate agricultural characteristics and constructing a curriculum system for vocational occupations, course, certifications and competitions; Strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and improve the practical teaching system.
