摘要: 西安建筑科技大学钢结构方向始终坚守着我国尤其是西部地区钢结构研究生培养示范高地,肩负着为我国冶金行业培养高层次钢结构创新人才的重要使命。该文通过提出“基础理论与创新意识并重、专业知识与创新实践并重、学术拓展与创新引领并重”的多层递进式钢结构高素质创新人才培养理念,探索并构建了相应的人才培养模式,使高素质“专创”人才培养落地落实,这对土木工程高素质人才培养具有很好的借鉴意义,也可作为其他工程人才培养的有益参考。

Abstract: The steel structure subject direction of civil engineering at Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology has consistently maintained its esteemed position as a benchmark for postgraduate cultivation in steel structures, especially in the western regions of China. It carries the crucial mandate of cultivating elite innovative talents for metallurgical industry of China. By proposing a multifaceted approach to cultivating high-quality innovation-oriented talents in the field of steel structure, encompassing both fundamental theory and creative thinking, professional knowledge and innovative practice, as well as academic exploration and innovative leadership, it ensures the realization of high-caliber“integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education”talent cultivation. Such an endeavor holds significant implications for the advancement of civil engineering talent cultivation, and can also serve as a valuable reference for fostering excellence in other engineering disciplines.
