摘要: 针对新工科建设提出的培养应用型人才的要求,从生产计划与控制课程的性质、内容、学情、师资等方面分析存在的问题,以地方人才需求为导向,提出建立基于知识串联、凸显实际应用的课程内容体系,构建混合式教学模式,开展多元化、全方位考核,打造“实际生产案例+企业导师”的产教融合模式等课程改革策略,以期促进工业工程专业可持续发展,为地区经济发展提供智力支持和人才保障。

Abstract: In view of the requirements of cultivating applied talents put forward by the construction of new engineering, this paper analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of the nature, content, learning situation and teachers of the production planning and control course. Guided by the needs of local talents, this paper puts forward some curriculum reform strategies, such as establishing a curriculum content system based on knowledge connection and highlighting practical application, constructing a mixed teaching mode, carrying out diversified and all-round assessment, and creating a production and education integration mode of“actual production case + enterprise tutor”, so as to promote the sustainable development of industrial engineering specialty and provide intellectual support and talent guarantee for regional economic and social development.
