摘要: 以深圳信息职业技术学院园林工程技术专业为例,通过分析粤港澳大湾区建设背景下高职院校创新创业人才的需求现状、师资团队、实践平台等方面的壁垒,以“一专多能、求实创新”的高素质高技能复合型园林人才为培养目标,构建纳入创新创业课程的专业课程体系,采用“课证岗赛创”相融合的教学模式,构建“分阶段、多层次、多元化”创新创业平台,打造具备创新创业能力的园林专业教学师资队伍等策略,为大湾区绿色可持续发展提供高素质高技能的双创型人才。

Abstract: Taking the landscape architectural engineering technology major of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the demand of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges, and the teacher resources as well as the practice platforms of innovation and entrepreneurship training under the background of the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong- Macao Greater Bay Area. To reach the training goal of the high-quality and high-skilled compound landscape architecture talents with “multi-abilities and professional in one aspect, factualistic and innovation spirit”, a curriculum system including the innovation and entrepreneurship courses is constructed, and the teaching mode that “combine curriculum, vocational certificates, job positions, competitions and innovative abilities” is adopted, and a “Strategic, multi-leveled, diversified” innovation and entrepreneurship platform is build, as well as a landscape architecture teaching faculty team with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities is created to provide high-quality & high-skilled innovation and entrepreneurship talents forgreen sustainable development of the Greater Bay Area.
