BIM在高职土建类专业教学中的应用与改革研究

摘要: 随着BIM技术在建筑业的快速推广与应用,企业对BIM专业人才的需求也逐渐增高,对于BIM人才专业能力的要求也不断提高。现阶段,由于课程体系设置不合理、结构化BIM教师团队匮乏、专业课与BIM融合度不够、课程教学重技能操作轻综合应用的问题,导致BIM人才培养水平与企业实际需求存在一定差距。该文基于对BIM实际教学过程的探索研究,提出重构BIM课程体系、构建以横向课题为载体的结构化BIM师资团队、融合以BIM应用为导向的课程、以“学徒制”为载体培养学生BIM综合应用能力等改革措施,以解决BIM教学中存在的问题,提升BIM人才培养的质量与水平。

Abstract: With the rapid promotion and application of BIM technology in the construction industry, the demand for BIM professionals in enterprises is also increasing, and the requirements for BIM talents' professional abilities are also constantly increasing. At present, due to the unreasonable curriculum system, a lack of structured BIM teacher teams, insufficient integration of professional courses and BIM, and the emphasis on skill operation over comprehensive application in curriculum teaching, there is a certain gap between the level of BIM talent cultivation and the actual needs of enterprises. Based on the exploration and research of the actual teaching process of BIM, this article proposes reform measures such as restructuring the BIM curriculum system, constructing a structured BIM teacher team based on horizontal topics, integrating BIM application oriented courses, and cultivating students' comprehensive BIM application ability through the“apprenticeship system”as the carrier, in order to solve the problems in BIM teaching and improve the quality and level of BIM talent cultivation.
