新工科背景下四阶融合递进式实践教学创新模式探索——以电磁平衡小车为例

摘要: 该文坚持“以生为本、以学为中心、以学习产出为导向”,以平衡小车为实践载体,从零开始完成平衡小车的框架搭建、仿真分析、运行设计及实现,将课程计划中理论性较强的难点充分融入实践中,最后用智能车竞赛检验团队的创新成果,实现教学和实践融合。在实施过程中,学生加深了对课程的认知,掌握了实际应用技能,形成“以赛促学、以赛促创、以赛促教、教学相长”的四阶融合递进金字塔式实践教学创新模式。同时,该文以“两性一度”为抓手,以思政为引领,重构全过程、全方位、多维度、能力化、多元化、多层次的创新实践能力评价体系,有效提高新工科创新人才培养质量。

Abstract: Adhere to“the student-oriented, learning-centered, and learning output as the guidance”, with the balance car as the carrier of practice, from scratch to complete the balance car frame building, simulation analysis, operation design and implementation. In this way, fully integrate the theoretical difficulties in the course into practice, and finally test the innavation results of each team with the intelligent car competition, so the integration of teaching practice complete. In the process of implementation, prompts students to deepen their understanding of the course and master practical application skills, and forms a four-stage progressive pyramid practice style teaching innovation model of“promoting learning by competition, promoting innovation by competition, promoting teaching by competition, and promoting learning by teaching”. At the same time, taking“high order, innovation and challenge”as the focus, with the ideological and political guidance, reconstruct the whole process, all-round, multi-dimensional, competency-based, diversified, multi-level innovation practice ability evaluation system, which can effectively improve the quality of new engineering innovation talent training.
