摘要: 该文针对“双高”院校高层次人才创新团队建设的核心要素与策略,探讨了领导力与战略规划、人才选拔与配置、激励机制与文化建设、知识管理与学习机制等要素在团队建设中的作用和相互关系。同时,对深化产教融合、国际化合作与交流、创新创业支持与资源整合等策略进行了分析,强调了这些策略在促进团队创新与发展方面的重要性。研究结果能够为“双高”院校提供指导,帮助构建高层次人才创新团队,提升教育教学和科研水平,促进经济发展,并助力产业转型升级。同时,还能为相关领域的研究者和教育管理者提供有益的参考和启示。

Abstract: This article explores the core elements and strategies of building innovative teams for high-level talents in“double high-level”universities, and explores the roles and interrelationships of leadership and strategic planning, talent selection and allocation, incentive mechanisms and cultural construction, knowledge management and learning mechanisms in team building. Additionally, an analysis of strategies such as deepening industry-education integration, international cooperation and communication, innovation and entrepreneurship support, and resource integration emphasizes their importance in promoting team innovation and development. The research findings can provide guidance for“Double high-level”institutions in constructing high-level talent innovation teams, enhancing educational and research levels, promoting economic development, and assisting industrial transformation and upgrading. Moreover, they can offer valuable references and insights for researchers and education administrators in related fields.
