Abstract: Digital resources are the cornerstone and core competitiveness of the construction and development of open universities. Currently, there are some problems in the construction of digital curriculum resources in Ningxia Open University, which can be solved by strengthening the systematic planning of digital resource construction, formulating integrated standards and processes for resource construction, management, evaluation, and utilization, improving the full chain and through-the-clock design of digital resource construction, promoting the digital upgrading of existing platforms, and improving the digital technology training and incentive mechanism for teachers.
