新时代基于STEAM理念的工程管理专业人才培养模式研究

摘要: 新时代社会发展和科技进步对高校的人才培养模式、学生的专业技能和能力均提出了新的要求。该文分析了新时代对高校人才培养的要求,基于STEAM教育理念,以工程管理专业人才培养为例,构建了以市场需求为导向的“一平台三融合”人才培养模式,以提升工程管理专业学生的实践能力、创新能力,培养满足市场需求的创新型、实践型和复合型人才,为新时代背景下优化工程管理专业人才培养模式提供思路和建议。

Abstract: The development of society and technological progress in the new era have put forward new requirements for the talent cultivation mode of universities, as well as the professional skills and abilities of students. This article analyzes the requirement of the new era for talent cultivation in universities. Based on the STEAM education concept and taking the cultivation of engineering management professionals as an example, a market-oriented "one platform three integration" talent cultivation model is constructed to enhance the practical and innovative abilities of engineering management students, and cultivate, innovative, practical, and composite talents that meet market demands, provide ideas and suggestions for optimizing the training mode of engineering management professionals in the context of the new era.
