Abstract: This research is based on the background of“Internet +”, centering on the current situation of the serious shortage of cross-border e-commerce high-quality and interdisciplinary talents. This paper analyzes the specific requirements of enterprises on the entrepreneurial competence of cross-border e-commerce merchants under the background of industry-university collaborative education, defines the orientation of education and course improvement of application-oriented colleges and universities, specially adopts the questionnaire scale and Likert five-level scoring method, and summarizes the key influencing indicators and importance of the competency of a number of positions. Help enterprises and universities to standardize and reconstruct the training mode of cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurial talents by“prioritizing and prioritizing”.
