摘要: 在新工科建设背景下,地方应用型本科高校深化产教融合、促进校企协同育人模式得以迅速推广,对实践教学提出新的要求。该文以新疆工程学院为例,针对实践教学师资队伍发展现状,深入开展问题梳理和理论分析,探讨并提出了适用于地方应用型本科高校实践教学师资队伍建设的新路径,对提高地方应用型本科高校工程应用型人才培养、建设应用型高校“双师型”师资队伍具有一定指导与促进意义。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering construction, the mode of deepening the integration of industry and education and promoting the school-enterprise collaborative education in local application-oriented universities popularizes rapidly, which puts forward new requirements for practical teaching in application-oriented universities. Taking Xinjiang Institute of Engineering as an example, this paper carries out in-depth problems combing and theoretical analysis in view of the development status of practical teaching faculty, and discusses and puts forward a new path for the construction of practical teaching faculty in local application-oriented universities. It has certain guidance and promotion significance to improve the training of engineering talents in local application-oriented universities and the construction of“double-qualified”teaching staff in application-oriented universities.
