OBE理念下生物化学课程的教学改革与实践

Teaching Reform and Practice of Biochemistry Course under OBE Concept

摘要: 生物化学是生命科学相关专业的核心课程,是一门重要的必修课程。然而,在教学过程中,因为生物化学的专业性强,涉及生物与化学的知识点繁杂且众多,在传统的PPT教学过程中学生兴趣不高,影响教学质量。OBE(Outcome based education)教育理念,是一种以成果为导向,采用逆向思维设计课程体系的先进理念,重点突出学生的主体地位。该文基于目前生物化学课程的教学现状、学生特点以及预期目标,构建OBE理念下的生物化学课程教学模式并实践,达到一定的预期效果,为生物化学的教学提供支撑。

Abstract: Biochemistry is the core course of life science, medicine and other related majors, is a required important theoretical course. However, in the process of teaching, students' interest in traditional PPT teaching is not high, which affects the teaching quality, because of the strong professionalism of biochemistry and the complex and many knowledge points related to biology and chemistry. OBE (Output based education, OBE) education philosophy is an advanced concept that is result oriented and adopts reverse thinking to design the curriculum system, emphasizing the subjectivity of students. Based on the current teaching status, student characteristics, and expected goals of biochemistry courses, this article constructs a teaching model for biochemistry courses under the OBE concept and practices it to achieve certain expected results, providing support for the teaching of biochemistry.
