摘要: 为加强创新型人才培养,我国高校从育人体系及产学研协同发展角度进行了一系列探索。在这个过程中,中南大学粉末冶金研究院立足立德树人根本任务,以育人平台搭建、构建管理体系、评价激励机制三个方面为切入口,通过校企协同培养及综合素养提升等方式,鼓励学生全面发展,坚持评奖评优导向,助力学生成长成才,形成了一套可推广、可示范的产学研协同科研育人模式。

Abstract: In order to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents, Chinese universities have conducted a series of explorations from the perspectives of cultivating human resources and the coordinated development of industry, academia, and research. In this process, the Powder Metallurgy Research Institute of Central South University, based on the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, has formed a scalable and demonstrable collaborative research and education model through three aspects: building an education platform, building a management system, and evaluating incentive mechanisms. Through collaborative cultivation between schools and enterprises, as well as enhancing comprehensive literacy, it encourages students to develop comprehensively, firmly adheres to the guidance of awards and evaluations, and helps students grow and become talents.
