摘要: 新工科背景下的产学研协同育人是培养新时期高技术应用型人才的重要举措。该文采用态势分析法,对哈尔滨工程大学电子信息类专业人才培养现状进行了分析,基于相关学术团队背景,提出了产学研协同育人总体构架和理念。以创新竞赛、开放平台、双导师贯穿式引导的“三位一体”实践模式开展本科生产学研协同育人;以“项目驱动”的产学研协同育人模式开展研究生人才培养实践。充分发挥校企导师联合培养的优势,以提升新工科背景下的创新人才培养质量为目标,不断探索产学研协同创新人才培养模式与实践手段。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering, the cooperative teaching of industry-university-research is an important measure to cultivate high-tech applied talents in the new era. The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the current situation of the cultivation of electronic information professionals in Harbin Engineering University, and the overall framework and concept of industry university research collaborative education are given. The "trinity" practice mode of innovation competition, open platform and dual mentors is used to carry out the collaborative education of undergraduate industry-university-research. The postgraduate talent training practice is carried out by "project driven" industry-university-research collaborative education mode. The advantages of the joint training of school and enterprise tutors should be fully utilized to improve the training quality of innovative talents under the background of new engineering and explore constantly the mode and practical means of collaborative teaching of industry-university-research.
