摘要: 针对当前工程管理专业实践教学中存在的问题,该文以工程管理专业理论课程为基础,融合虚拟仿真技术,实施以“明晰培养定位、重构培养体系、打造培养平台、健全保障机制”为路径的实践教学体系改革。以贵州财经大学工程管理专业实践教学改革为例探讨改革成效,结果表明,该实践教学体系能够提高用人单位的好评率、学生解决问题能力和教师教学能力。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the current practical teaching of engineering management specialty, based on the theoretical courses of engineering management specialty, integrating virtual simulation technology, the reform of the practical teaching system is implemented with the path of "clarifying the training orientation, reconstructing the training system, creating the training platform, and improving the security mechanism". Taking the practical teaching reform of engineering management specialty in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics as an example tp exploye the effectiveness of the reform, the results show that the practical teaching system can improve the positive feedback rate of employers, students 'problem-solving ability and teachers' teaching ability.
