Study on Cultivation Mode of Innovation Ability of Undergraduates in Remote Sensing under Emerging Engineering Education

摘要: 针对高校现有人才培养模式难以满足遥感技术发展新要求,传统教学模式中创新创业教育与专业教育无法深入融合,忽视对学生创新能力和学以致用能力的培养等问题,结合桂林理工大学遥感科学与技术专业学科发展过程,该文从人才培养模式、课程体系、教学模式与方法等方面,提出和构建了本科生培养的“教师团队化、教学方法混合化、实践平台智能化、课程教学模式成果导向化、课程体系新”的“四化一新”人才创新能力培养新范式,实现遥感专业人才培养从单一技术型向复合创新应用型转变。

Abstract: The existing students cultivation mode of universities is difficult to meet the new requirements of remote sensing technology development, the traditional teaching mode cannot deeply integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education, and ignore the cultivation of innovation ability of undergraduates, according to the development process of the major of remote sensing in Guilin University of Technology, this paper takes the cultivation of innovation ability as the core, proposed and constructed the training paradigm of undergraduate innovation ability with the teacher teamwork, mixed mode of instruction, intelligent practice platform, result-oriented curriculum teaching model, and new curriculum system. This paper also constructed a practical teaching system of innovation scores into classroom, team, competition and entrepreneurship to realize the transformation of remote sensing talent cultivation from a single technology type to a composite innovation and application type.
