摘要: 新工科背景下的应用型人才培养要更加注重技术的应用性、实践性以及理论知识的前沿性,这对专业教师提出新的要求。该文对地方高校生物工程专业师资队伍建设存在的问题进行剖析,并围绕课程思政、工程教育认证、融合企业和职业生涯规划等方面对教师培训体系进行探索与实践,师资队伍的师风师德、教育教学和工程实践能力都得到了明显提高,推动了该专业的转型升级发展。

Abstract: The training of applied talents under the background of new engineering pays more attention to the application and practicality of technology and the frontier of theoretical knowledge, this puts forward new requirements for professional teachers. This paper analyzed the problems existing in the construction of bioengineering teachers in local universities, explored and practiced in the aspects of curriculum-politics, engineering education certification, integration of enterprises and career planning of the teacher training system, the teachers' style and morality, teaching and engineering practice ability had been significantly improved, which promoted the transformation and upgrading of the specialty.
