Abstract: Innovation driven development is a key link to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of China's economic development in the context of economic transformation, an important part of promoting the construction of the national innovation system, and also provides important guidance for innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era. A good innovation ecology cannot be separated from a perfect and high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship incubation platform and an efficient and smooth factor supply mechanism. Many places in the country have carried out a series of beneficial attempts in the construction of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. Guided by the practical problems of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation carrier, this paper explores and puts forward the general methods and development paths for the construction of the innovation street, such as strengthening the mass entrepreneurship and innovation carrier platform, improving the scientific and technological service ability, building the innovation street brand, and accelerating the resource financing and sharing, through the research on the value significance, connotation orientation, and model types of the innovation street at home and abroad.
