应用型工科类高校教师工程教育教学创新能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement of Engineering Education Teaching Innovation Ability of Teachers in Application-Oriented Engineering Colleges

摘要: 应用型工科类高校提升教师工程教育教学创新能力,旨在培养应用型、复合型、创新型人才。该文为了进一步理清应用型高校工科类教师工程教育教学创新能力的内涵,首先通过网上问卷星平台、座谈会、视频会议等多种形式进行了调研。然后,根据调研分析结果,从工程应用研究能力、工程实践指导能力、课程建设创新能力和教研团队建设能力等方面建立了应用型高校工科类教师工程教育教学创新能力评价指标体系。最后,基于指标体系建立,从实施创新服务计划、实施教师内塑计划和加强组织建设方面提出相应的提升策略,有效转变了教师的工程教育教学理念,提升了教师工程实践能力与工程教学研究能力,加强了教科研团队的建设水平。

Abstract: The improvement of engineering education and teaching innovation ability of teachers in application-oriented engineering colleges and universities aims to cultivate an application-oriented, compound and innovative talent system as a support. In order to further clarify the connotation of engineering education and teaching innovation ability of engineering teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities, this paper conducted research through online questionnaire platform, symposium, video conference and other forms. Then, according to the research analysis and results, the evaluation index system of engineering education and teaching innovation ability of engineering teachers in application-oriented universities is established from the aspects of engineering application research ability, engineering practice guidance ability, curriculum construction innovation ability and teaching research team construction ability. Finally, based on the establishment of the indicator system, the corresponding promotion strategies were proposed from the implementation of the innovative service plan, the implementation of the teacher's internal shaping plan and the strengthening of organizational construction, which effectively changed the teachers' engineering education teaching philosophy, improved the teachers' engineering practice ability and engineering teaching research ability, and strengthened the construction level of the teaching and research team.
