摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着社会的高速发展,对于创新型的人才需求量越来越大,“1+X”证书制度的实施,使高校也转变了人才培养与管理的模式,也为我国技能创新型人才的培养指引了一个全新的方向。该文介绍了“1+X”证书制度,分析了在此制度之下建筑工程技术专业创新型人才培养的重要性,并分析现阶段建筑工程技术人才培养的现状,提出了建筑工程技术专业创新型人才培养的策略,以提高建筑工程技术人才的综合素质能力。

Abstract: With the rapid development of society, the society has an increasing demand for innovative talents. The implementation of the "1+X" certificate system has also changed the mode of talent training and management in colleges and universities, it also guides a new direction for the training of skilled innovative talents in China; This paper introduces the "1+X" certificate system, analyzes the importance of the cultivation of innovative talents in the major of construction engineering technology under this system, analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of innovative talents in the major of construction engineering technology, and puts forward the cultivation strategy of innovative talents in the major of construction engineering technology, to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of construction engineering technical talents.
