摘要: 职业本科教育有一定的特殊性,需要学校与社会各行业围绕专业技能、职业素养等进行沟通与合作,若没有企业参与,学校在开展教学活动时就会缺乏一定的就业导向。要想解决人才供需矛盾,高职院校就要基于产教融合,准确依托产业设置专业,修订人才培养方案,重构课程体系,实现校企共同培养人才,确保课程教学与实习实训真实有效,从而实现对学生核心素养的培养。该文围绕“产教融合、职业本科、核心素养”内涵进行分析,并分析在培养学生核心素养过程中产生的问题,以此为基础提出系列可行措施,作为参考。

Abstract: Vocational undergraduate education has certain particularity, which requires communication and cooperation between the school and all sectors of the society around professional skills and professional quality. Without the participation of enterprises, the school will lack certain employment orientation when carrying out teaching activities. In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of talents, higher vocational colleges should, based on the integration of industry and education, accurately rely on industry to set up majors, revise talent training programs, restructure the curriculum system, realize the joint training of talents by schools and enterprises, ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of curriculum teaching and practice training, and achieve the cultivation of students' core literacy. Here, this paper analyzes the connotation of "integration of production and education, vocational undergraduate, and core literacy", and analyzes the problems arising in the process of cultivating students' core literacy, and puts forward a series of feasible measures as a reference.
