摘要: BIM技术在高校土建类专业教学中具有突出的应用优势,可以有效提升土建类专业教学效果,促进学生的学习发展。在BIM技术的推动下,高校土建类专业教学改革取得了突出的成果。针对BIM技术的内涵进行概述,探讨了BIM技术在国内外教学中的应用现状,结合BIM技术在土建类专业教学中的应用问题提出相关建议,为高校在BIM技术的帮助下推动土建类教学改革、深化教学改革成果提供参考。

Abstract: BIM technology has outstanding application advantages in the teaching of civil engineering majors in colleges and universities, which can effectively improve the teaching effect of civil engineering majors and promote the learning and development of students. Driven by BIM technology, the teaching reform of civil engineering majors in colleges and universities has achieved outstanding results. Briefly summarizes the connotation of BIM technology, then discusses the application status of BIM technology in teaching at home and abroad, and puts forward relevant suggestions combined with the application of BIM technology in the teaching of civil engineering majors. It can provide some reference for universities to promote the reform of civil engineering teaching and deepen the achievements of teaching reform with the help of BIM technology.
