OBE理念下音乐专业视力残疾大学生人才培养模式探究

摘要: 长期以来,如何提高音乐专业视力残疾大学生的就业竞争力,如何使视力残疾大学生很好地融入社会,在解决其生存问题的前提下,尽可能地实现自我价值,是高校残疾人高等教育人才培养的一个长期命题。而解决这一问题最核心的环节就是科学、合理的人才培养方案的制定,以及高质量的人才培养。因此,该文尝试把OBE理念融入音乐专业视力残疾大学生人才培养全过程。

Abstract: For a long time, how to improve the employment competitiveness of music college students with visual disabilities, how to make the college students with visual disabilities can be well integrated into the society, under the premise of solving the survival problem, as far as possible to achieve self-value. This is a long-term proposition of higher education personnel training for the disabled in colleges and universities, and the core link to solve this problem is the formulation of scientific and reasonable personnel training program, as well as high-quality personnel training. Therefore, try to OBE concept into the music professional vision training process for the handicapped students, from clear talents training target.
