摘要: 数字时代的新科技革命与产业变革为高职院校发展带来了新的挑战与机遇。面向杭州湾大湾区的数字创意经济大发展,复合型创意设计人才成为核心要素。该文围绕大湾区数字创意产业变革对创意设计人才培养目标与职业能力提出的新要求, 结合绍兴职业技术学院文化创意专业群的教学实践 ,提出复合型创意设计人才培养的新途径。

Abstract: The new technological revolution and industrial transformation in the digital era have brought new challenges and opportunities to the development of higher vocational colleges. Facing the great development of digital creative economy in Hangzhou Greater Bay Area, compound creative design talents have become the core element. Based on the new requirements of the digital creative industry reform in Great Bay Area on the training objectives and professional abilities of creative design talents, and combined with the teaching practice of the cultural creative specialty group of Shaoxing Vocational and Technical College, this paper proposes a new approach to the training of composite creative design talents.
