Abstract: College students are the main force of social and economic development and construction, especially in the fields of information, networking, digitalization and other new technologies. However, the development of college students' talent training is not comprehensive enough, for example, some college students lack the awareness and ability of career planning. For this reason, based on the OBE concept, taking the career planning of college students as the theme of discussion, this paper systematically analyzes the common problems in the teaching of college students' career planning, adheres to the OBE concept teaching guidance, organically integrates into the teaching process of college students' career planning, and further improves the existing college students' career planning teaching system, so as to provide reference for college students' career planning education.
