装配式建筑预制构件生产实训课程建设与实践探索

摘要: 建筑工业化是装配式建筑产业现代化的核心,预制构件工业化生产是关键。目前,预制构件大部分属于大型构件,模具复杂、体大量重,现场技术教学难度较大。克服诸多困难,实现实训教学,是装配式建筑人才培养的难点之一。该文以南京大学金陵学院土木工程专业设置的预制构件生产与运输课程教学为例,探索预制构件实训教学实践,针对实训教学中遇到的难题,提出解决方案,分析教学效果,并对该课程实训教学方法进行了总结归纳,为同类院校该方向的教学工作提供参考。

Abstract: The industrialization of building is the core of the modernization of prefabricated building industry, and the industrialized production of prefabricated components is the key. At present, most of the prefabricated components are large, and the prefabricated component mold is complex and heavy, so the on-site teaching is difficult. How to overcome many difficulties and realize practical teaching is one of the difficulties in assembling construction talents training. This article takes the curriculum teaching of prefabricated components production and transportation in Nanjing University Jinling College as an example, exploring the training teaching method of precast component producing, in view of the problems encountered in teaching process, put forward the solution and analysis of the teaching effect, and the course teaching methods are summarized, provide a reference for similar colleges and universities of the direction of teaching.
