摘要: 在新工科产教融合的背景下,为培养人才的实践能力和创新能力,在产教研融合过程中,以创新创业活动为手段,以科研需求为牵引,采用三者深度融合的模式培养人才。科研、创新创业、校企联合有机组合,发挥三者的优势,强强联合。在创新创业项目中融入企业技术需求,通过科研能力的培养,解决企业技术问题,提高新工科人才培养的实用性及创新性。

Abstract: In the context of the integration of industry and education in new engineering, in order to improve the practical ability and innovation ability of cultivating talents, in the process of the integration of industry, education and research, we should take innovation and entrepreneurship activities as the means and scientific research res as the traction, and adopt the deep integration mode of the three to cultivate talents. Scientific research, reguirements and entrepreneurship, and the combination of universities and enterprises, so as to provide full play to the advantages and strong combination of the three. Integrate the technological requirenments of enterprises into innovation and entrepreneurship projects, and solve the technological problems of enterprises through the cultivation of scientific research ability. Improve the practicability and innovation of talent training in new engineering.
