高校深化产教融合运行机制建设的实施路径探索

摘要: 深化产教融合是经济新常态下深化人力资源开发的重要制度安排,也是高校推进内涵发展的重要途径。产教融合是一个多方利益主体相互协同的过程,从现实层面来看,面临高校融合准备不够充分、企业参与动力不足、措施针对性不强等问题。基于“三重螺旋”理论模型,探索深入推进学校、企业和政府三方共赢的产教融合运行机制的实施路径,实现教育链与产业链的有机融合。

Abstract: Deepening the integration of industry and education is not only an important institutional arrangement for deepening the development of human resources under the new economic normal, but also an important way for colleges and universities to promote connotation development. The integration of industry and education is a process in which multiple stakeholders cooperate with each other. From the practical level, it is faced with problems such as insufficient preparation for the integration of colleges and universities, insufficient motivation for enterprises to participate, and weak pertinence of policies and measures. Based on the perspective of the“triple helix”theoretical model, explore the implementation path of the industry education integration operation mechanism to further promote the win-win situation of schools, enterprises and the government, and realize the organic integration of education chain and industrial chain.
