智能建造趋势下工程管理专业应用型创新人才培养体系综合评价研究

Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Training System for Application-Oriented Innovative Talents in Engineering Management under the Trend of Intelligent Construction

摘要: 近年来,随着科技的不断进步,智能建造技术得到迅猛发展。为了实现建筑行业高质量发展,对工程管理专业应用型创新人才的培养体系进行综合评价,是提高人才培养质量的有力手段,也是保障应用型专业建设与发展的关键所在。目前,对这一新型人才能力的培养体系还缺乏系统全面的认识和评估,在实际运行过程中还存在一些问题,严重制约着人才培养质量的提高,难以实现培养目标,无法满足社会需求。该文运用层次分析法和模糊层次分析法,构建了工程管理专业人才培养体系的综合评价指标体系,将改进粒子算法运用到各项指标权重的优化计算中,以期对应用型创新人才培养质量的提升起到一定的参考借鉴作用。

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, intelligent construction technology has been rapidly developed. In order to achieve high-quality development of the construction industry, a comprehensive evaluation of the training system for application-oriented innovative talents in engineering management is a powerful means to improve the quality of talent training, and also the key to ensure the construction and development of application-oriented majors. At present, there is still a lack of systematic and comprehensive understanding and evaluation of this new talent ability training system. There are many problems in the actual operation process, which seriously restrict the improvement of talent training quality, and it is difficult to achieve the training objectives and meet social needs. In this paper, AHP and fuzzy AHP are used to build a comprehensive evaluation index system for the training system of engineering management professionals. The improved particle algorithm is applied to the optimization calculation of the weight of each index, with a view to playing a certain reference role in improving the quality of the training system of applied talents.
