Abstract: Talent is the first resource for social development, and the development of international trade needs the support of high-quality talents. In this paper, based on the current changeable international trade development environment and the changing reality of digital technology, starting from the problems ,in the process of cultivation the international trade talents and practice,the single teaching mode, unmatching soft power with core competence etc, we will encourage international trade talents to follow the path of "generalist" on the basis of "specialized" talents, and cultivate diversified talents that meet the requirements of the new liberal arts era.
