摘要: 创新人才培养是一个全方位、全过程的系统化育人工程,针对当前高职院校汽车专业群创新创业人才培养中存在的“专创融合”不紧密、课程体系与实践体系不完善等问题,该文提出了“三体系、三衔接”创新能力培养路径。通过深度调研汽车产业技术创新需求和创新人才要求,构建职业技能与工程创新能力纵向衔接的进阶式创新能力体系,以创新能力培养为主线,构建了职业技能训练与工程技术创新训练纵向衔接的层次化实践体系、专业课程与创新创业课程有机衔接的融合式课程体系,为推动创新创业教育与专业教育深度融合提供参考。

Abstract: The cultivation of innovative talents is a comprehensive and whole-process systematic education project. Aiming at the problems that the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship is not close and the curriculum system and practice system are not perfect in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of automobile specialty groups in higher vocational colleges, the cultivation path of innovation ability of "three systems and three links" is proposed. Through deep research, auto industry technological innovation needs and innovative talents, build vocational skills and engineering innovation ability longitudinal connecting the advanced type of innovation system, innovation ability training as the main line, build the vocational skills training and engineering technology innovation training longitudinal connecting practice of hierarchical system, professional curriculum and innovative entrepreneurship organic link of integrated curriculum system, It provides a reference for promoting the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.
