Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship virtual community is an Internet platform to promote college students ' innovation and entrepreneurship based on mobile Internet and other information technologies. The combination with innovation and entrepreneurship education institutions can form a working pattern that jointly promotes the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities online and offline. Based on the construction of ecological system, this study constructs the innovation and entrepreneurship project library, talent library and tutor library, and builds the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching platform, practice platform, incubation platform, resource docking and achievement transformation platform. The virtual community includes role management, project growth, information sharing, evaluation and feedback mechanism, and builds an ' immersive ' and ' one-stop ' innovation and entrepreneurship network education ecosystem. Virtual community has become an effective carrier to expand the margin of innovation and entrepreneurship education, enrich the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education institutions, and build an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem.
