高校“专创融合”的实施路径研究

摘要: “专创融合”是适应国家发展的需要,是实现国家创新型人才战略的有效路径。实现两者的深度融合,需要高校、政府、企业以利益共赢为目标组成命运共同体。高校要加强自身建设,构建多元化教师队伍;政府要加强组织协调,形成政策性保障;企业要主动参与办学,构建教学共同体。该文以共生理论与三螺旋理论为依据,通过构建三位一体、内外共生的一体化发展体系,加快“双创”教育与专业教育的有机融合。

Abstract: The organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education is to meet the needs of national development and is an effective way to realize the national strategy of innovative talents. To realize the deep integration of the two, universities, governments and enterprises need to form a community of common destiny with the goal of win-win interests. Colleges and universities should strengthen their own construction and build a plurality of teachers; The government should strengthen organization and coordination to form policy guarantee; Enterprises should actively participate in running schools and build a teaching community. From the perspective of symbiosis Theory and triple helix Theory, this paper accelerates the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education by constructing an integrated development system of trinity and internal and external symbiosis.
