摘要: 该文总结了常州大学全日制工程类专业学位硕士研究生培养经验和存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施,比如完善专业学位硕士研究生培养方案,增加与工程应用相关选修课程的数量,采用案例式教学等方法提高授课质量。全面实施“双导师+双平台+工程项目”的培养模式,解决专业学位与学术型学位硕士研究生培养同质化问题。加强研究生实习基地建设,保障专业硕士研究生专业实践环节的效果。完善研究生培养质量监控体系,充分发挥研究生督导团的作用。对师生双向选择、专业学位硕士研究生开题、中期检查和学位论文质量进行全过程监控,切实提高专业学位硕士研究生培养质量。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the experience and existing problems in the training of full-time engineering master students in Changzhou University and puts forward corresponding improvement measures such as improving the training program for master's degree students, increasing the number of elective courses related to engineering application, and improving the teaching quality by using case teaching and other methods. To solve the problem of homogeneous training of master's degree students with professional degrees and academic degrees, the training mode of "double tutors + double platforms + engineering project" should be fully implemented. To ensure the effect of professional practice of professional postgraduate, the construction of postgraduate practice base should be strengthened. The quality control system for postgraduate training should be improved and the role of the postgraduate supervision group should be full played. The whole process such as the two-way selection of teachers and students, the opening of the topic, the mid-term inspection and the quality of the degree thesis, should be monitored so as to effectively improve the quality of the training of the master degree students.
