摘要: 近年来,创新驱动发展受到全社会的高度重视。高校承担为国家和社会输送人才的重要使命,人才培养目标亟须与国家创新发展深度融合。在“三全育人”的指导思想下,电子科技大学积极革新本科拔尖创新人才培养体系,全程精英导师制“全员上阵”、沉浸式科研平台“全程保障”、科创育人一体化生态圈“全方位牵引”,合力培养兼具创新精神和科学素养的创新型人才。依托国家和高校的权威教育评价指标,对人才培养质量进行检验,成效显著。

Abstract: In recent years, innovation-driven development has received great attention from the whole society. Universities have taken on the important mission of delivering talents to the country and society, and the goal of talent cultivation needs to be deeply integrated with national innovation development. Under the guiding ideology of "Three-Alls Education", University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) has actively innovated the cultivation system of undergraduate top-notch innovative talents in three aspects: the whole process elite tutorial system, the immersive scientific research platform, and the integrated ecosystem of scientific innovation and education. Relying on the authoritative education evaluation indexes of the state and universities to test the quality of talent cultivation, the results are remarkable.
