摘要: 为适应新兴产业,培养全能型、创新型工程方向技术人才,新工科应运而生。针对目前工科类人才培养存在的如工程教育资源不足、课程体系不够完善、创新内生驱力薄弱、师生创新素养不强、评价体系人才培养范式以及体制机制不健全等问题,从学生创新能力全面提升的视角,反向设计、正向实施,建立完备的创新创业支持体系,以期为新工科人才创新创业能力培养提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: In order to adapt to emerging industries, and cultivate future all-round and innovative engineering technical talents, new engineering came into being. In view of the current engineering talents training, such as insufficient engineering education resources, imperfect curriculum system, weak endogenous driving force for innovation, weak innovation literacy of teachers and students, talent training paradigm of the evaluation system, and imperfect system and mechanism, the comprehensive innovation ability of students is From the perspective of improvement, reverse design, forward construction, and establish a complete innovation and entrepreneurship support system, in order to provide reference and reference for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of new engineering talents.
