高职学生“双创”教育存在的问题及对策分析——以北京市为例

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of “Entrepreneurship Education”for Higher Vocational Students——Taking Beijing as an Example

摘要: 该文对北京地区6所高职院校4个年级的在校生进行调研,了解了各高职院校创新创业教育过程中存在一些亟待解决的问题,并对问题进行分析后提出解决方案。通过使用SPSSPRO列联(交叉)分析对调研数据进行研究发现,高职学生参加“双创”大赛的兴趣非常高。使用SPSSPRO频数分析得出,“双创”课程较少且缺乏专业知识、跨专业团队组建的渠道不够通畅、“双创”大赛参赛信息了解不及时和缺乏有吸引力的奖惩制度是目前影响学生参赛的主要问题。在高职的创新创业教育中,如何强化对学生实践能力的培养,以赛促教发挥高职教育的优势、畅通跨专业学习渠道为学生团队提供更多的组队平台、健全学校的参赛奖励机制和“双创”师资队伍建设是当前亟待解决的问题,只有真正解决这些问题,才能提高学生对“双创”大赛的兴趣。

Abstract: :In this paper, students in 6 higher vocational colleges in Beijing are investigated,to understand the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges, there are some urgent problems to be solved for analysis and put forward related solutions. SPSSPRO tandem (crossover) analysis was used to investigate the findings of the survey data,vocational college students are increasingly interested in participating in entrepreneurship and innovation competitions.using spsspro frequency analysis,at present, there are few relevant courses and lack of professional knowledge, cross-professional team formation channels are not smooth, at present, the main problems affecting students' participation are not timely understanding of competition information and imperfect reward and punishment system. The innovation and entrepreneurship education of higher vocational students should pay more attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability,to promote education by competition to give full play to the advantages of education, unimpeded cross-major learning channels to provide a team platform, Improving the reward mechanism and improving the construction of entrepreneurship and innovation teacher team is to increase students' interest in participating in innovation and entrepreneurship competition, it is an effective way to achieve better results in all kinds of entrepreneurship and innovation competitions.
