共轨喷油器温升测量实验教学与实践

摘要: 共轨喷油器温升测量是动力工程类专业测试技术实验教学环节的重点,以喷油器温升为测量目标开展实验教学分析。选取喷油器控制室和喷嘴壁面4个测量点,采用传统热电偶测量和新型红外热像仪测量两种方式进行壁面测量点温度的测量,以验证教学实践中测量方法的准确性。实验教学效果表明,多种测试测量装置及方法的对比论证实验教学拓宽了实验教学的路径,比传统单一实验教学装置和实验方法更具有创新性、多样性,能够调动学生的积极性和科研兴趣,加强学生对基本理论的理解和掌握。

Abstract: The measurement of the temperature increase of the common rail (CR) injector is the focus of the experimental teaching of testing technology in the power engineering specialty. Four measurement points of the injector control room and the nozzle wall were selected, and two methods of traditional thermocouple measurement and new infrared thermal imager measurement were used to measure the temperature of the wall measurement points. Based on the experimental data, the accuracy of the measurement method was analyzed. The experimental teaching effect shows that the comparison and demonstration of various test and measurement devices and methods has broadened the experimental teaching path, which is more innovative and diverse than the traditional single experimental teaching device and experimental method, it can mobilize students' enthusiasm and scientific research interest, strengthen students' understanding and mastery of basic theories.
