摘要: 当前企业研究生工作站的相关研究主要集中于工作站存在问题剖析和工作站运维保障等方面,在激励企业与高校合作申请研究生工作站的方法与策略方面,相关研究还略显不足。该文综述了专业学位研究生的培养理念和企业研究生工作站运行与管理的效果,提炼了研究生工作站的典型特征;探讨了研究生工作站的申请流程,从企业视角分析了设立研究生工作站的需求,进而从高校视角提出了企业研究生工作站的申请激励措施。研究工作为建立企业研究生工作站实现校企双赢提供了理论依据与方法基础。

Abstract: The current research of enterprise graduate workstation mainly focuses on the analysis of the existing problems of the workstation and the operation-maintenance of the workstation. The relevant research about the methods of encouraging enterprises to apply for graduate workstation cooperating with universities is still insufficient. This paper summarizes the concept of cultivating professional graduates and the effects of operation and management in enterprise graduate workstation, and abstracts the typical characteristics of graduate workstation; This paper investigates the application process of graduate workstation, analyzes the demands of establishing graduate workstation from the perspective of enterprises, and then puts forward the incentive measures of enterprise graduate workstation from the perspective of colleges. The present research provides a theoretical and methodological basis for establishing enterprise graduate workstation, which can be mutually beneficial for the college and enterprise.
