摘要: AHP目标导向层次分析法是通过构造逐级递阶的层次结构将定性问题转变为可以量化的定量问题的一种决策方法。AHP下的高职院校学生就业核心竞争力分别为责任意识、实践动手能力、专业知识、团队协作、职业定位和人际沟通能力六大方面。需要高职院校通过校企合作的方式,产学研一体化培养学生扎实的专业技能与实践技能;通过职业生涯规划与职业培训以及第二课堂、社会实践等方式提升学生的责任意识;通过丰富多彩的校园活动提升学生的团队协作能力与人际沟通能力。

Abstract: AHP (analytic hierarchy process ) is a decision-making method which transforms qualitative problems into quantitative problems by constructing hierarchical structure.According to AHP,the core competitiveness of Higher Vocational College Students is divided into six aspects: responsibility consciousness, practical ability, professional knowledge, team cooperation, career positioning and interpersonal communication ability.It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to develop students' solid professional skills and practical skills through the school-enterprise cooperation.Students' sense of responsibility can be enhanced through career planning,vocational training, extracurricular activities and social practice.It also helps to improve students' team cooperation ability and interpersonal communication ability through varied campus activities.
