摘要: 专业学位研究生是一种较为先进的人才培养模式,这一培养体系面向的人群是具有相关职业经验的人才,对这类人才进行校企联合培养可以有效提升专业学位研究生的培养效果。校企联合培养模式通过将专业性和职业性进行科学融合,使高校研究生的培养质量上升到新的台阶。该文主要是对专业学位研究生校企联合培养模式的发展现状和解决措施进行研究,希望能够为我国的校企联合培养长效发展机制提供一些有益参考,提升我国专业学位研究生的整体实力。

Abstract: Professional degree postgraduates mainly cultivate senior professionals with specific professional background. The joint training mode of schools and enterprises can effectively improve the training effect of professional degree postgraduates.Through the scientific integration of professionalism and professionalism, the joint training mode between schools and enterprises has raised the training quality of college postgraduates to a new level. The school enterprise joint training mode can effectively improve the practical ability of professional degree graduates, which is the key work of the current reform of professional degree graduate training mode in China. This paper mainly studies the development status and solutions of the school enterprise joint training mode of professional degree postgraduates, hoping to provide some effective references for the long-term development mechanism of school enterprise joint training in China, and improve the overall strength of professional degree postgraduates in China.
